Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and quiet, opening into a covered corridor leading to the pool. While there was a slight smell of humidity, the excellent view of the street was still private and quiet. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. However, despite the slightly slow service, the staff was always available and willing to assist. The location was just steps from the main Zocalo in Oaxaca City, tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet, away from the street sounds. The dining experience was delicious, although the menu was not buffet-style but a la carte with slightly expensive pricing. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly comfortable and convenient.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were quiet and comfy, especially the one overlooking the courtyard with a pool and a small balcony. They were tidied to perfection every afternoon, which added to the overall experience. The layout of the hotel enhanced the room's appeal.
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just one block from the Zocalo and right off the central square. The rooms, while dark and lacking natural light, were cozy and free from street noise. The service was excellent, with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite the dining being a bit pricey and the quality not meeting expectations, the courtyard setting was lovely. The facilities were well-maintained, making it a great place to be in Oaxaca.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not serviced until late in the evening and lacked natural light and privacy, but the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location near the Zocalo was convenient, though the noise could be heard from certain spots. Dining was excellent, but the facilities were average overall.
I couldn't get enough of the remarkable location, right near the heart of Zocalo and the markets. The rooms were not the brightest due to the covered corridor view, but they were surprisingly spacious and peaceful. The service was outstanding, connecting us with an exceptional guide for excursions and delightful dining spots. However, dining was limited to the morning ritual in the suite. The location was truly outstanding, making it hard to beat with its proximity to the main square and stunning surroundings.
